Automation Commissioning Engineer bij Alewijnse
You are responsible for the on-board commissioning of all aspects of automation including PLC/PC integrated control systems. You have a hands-on mentality and always fully focused on solving the problem both electric and automation. Without you no ship will leave the doc or harbor.
We are specialized in various brands of software such as Siemens S7, Siemens TIA, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, Bachmann and Praxis. Visualization software we use are GE Cimplicity, WinCC/TIA and Praxis.
With a team of approx. 100 engineers the Alewijnse Marine Service department is responsible for all commissioning, warranty and service activities within the Alewijnse Marine organization. With several service hubs in The Netherlands and around the world this team is acting flexible to serve the demands of our clients.
Besides on demand service the team is able to provide repairs on water- and fire damage. It also takes care of life-time extensions and refits of vessels. The highly skilled commissioners and service engineers have a high level of knowledge and skills in order to solve almost any problem on electric and automation. Our team is constantly trained in knowledge and skills in order to provide our clients with the best service possible and this all according the rules and regulations as these are applicable.

Examples of systems you work on are: Alarm Monitoring & Control System (e.g. intruder, engineer watch, fuel banking and trending systems), Power Management System, Bridge Operating System, Energy Management System, Load Monitoring System, Dredging Control System and Vessel Management System.
